3561556 - Missing Requisitions in Purchasing Documents by Requirement Tracking Number App in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The app Purchasing Documents by Requirement Tracking Number fails to display certain purchase requisitions. This issue occurs both when searching by a specific requirement tracking number and when listing all documents. No error message is shown, but some purchase requisitions are missing from the results.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Open the Purchasing Documents by Requirement Tracking Number app (App ID: F2905).

• Execute the report without entering any selection criteria.

• Observe that many purchase requisitions are missing from the report results.

• Enter a specific Requirement Tracking Number in the selection screen and execute the report.

• Note that contracts and purchase orders associated with the tracking number are displayed, but the purchase requisition is not shown.

System Standard design

This behavior is as per the standard design of the Purchasing Documents by Requirement Tracking Number app (F2905).
When a purchase order item is flagged as "Delivery Completed", the corresponding PO and its associated purchase requisition (PR) are not displayed in the report.

If the Delivery Completed indicator is set, the system intentionally excludes the PO/PR from the output.
