3561562 - Issue with Transporting TR from Development to Quality Server in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The GL account created and saved in the TR on the Development server is missing after the TR is imported to the Quality server. 

Environment

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

The issue occurs due to the incorrect selection of the transport request (TR) when multiple TRs are available. This is the result of the behavior in the "Manage G/L Account Master Data" app or the "Manage Operating G/L Account" app, which works as follows:
When changes are saved for the first time after opening the app, the correct customizing transport request must be selected. Once selected, the transport is locked for the rest of the session. To select a different transport request, the app must be restarted.

Alternatively, if releasing the transport is not preferred, the 'Synchronize G/L Account Master Data' app can be used.
