1. Unable to login to the Outlook Add-in due to the error: The underlying connection has been closed: For protected SSL/TLS-K

Answer: 

Follow the below steps:

1. Install the latest Outlook Add-in version from the Download center.
2. Change the internet network
3. Restart the system 

2. Synchronization between ByD and MS Outlook has been activated, but appointments created in ByD are not being replicated to MS Outlook. The appointments appear to be stuck in the Business Communication Monitoring. When attempting to use the "Find Resolution" button, an error message prompts to raise an incident. 

Answer: 

Logged in User must maintain a business e-mail address same as that of the Outlook e-mail, in the Home work center (Home Self Service Edit My Contact Data). Ensure that this e-mail address is assigned to only one user. 

3. The user scheduled a meeting and synchronized it with Outlook. In the Outlook calendar, they added a room, but since the room name exceeded 40 characters, an error occurred: Value is longer than the maximum allowed length of 40.

Answer:

To resolve email synchronization errors caused by subject lines longer than 40 characters, the only available solution is to either delete the affected meetings or edit the meeting details to shorten the subject line. This is due to a system validation behavior applied throughout the system.

To identify and address the emails causing the synchronization errors, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Navigate to the "Errors Folder."
3. Choose an email error.
4. Copy the "Title" field from the error message.
5. In the top search bar, paste the copied "Title" field text.
6. Locate the corresponding email for the appointment creation.

For this email, either delete the meeting or edit it to shorten the meeting subject to less than 40 characters.
