3562066 - "SAP Cloud Connector allows only HTTP protocol" error with HTTP Receiver Adapter in SAP Integration Suite

Symptom

Need to connect from Integration Suite to on-premise system via HTTPS protocol.
When use HTTP Receiver Adapter to connect to on-premise system through SAP Cloud Connector (SCC), at design time, iflow shows error message when use HTTPS protocol:
