3562123 - Close Status between the Requisition Tab and the Upper Right-hand Portion of the Candidate Summary Page - Recruiting Management

When closing job requisitions, there are two Status fields located in different places: one in the status dropdown on the job requisition tab and another in the upper right-hand portion of the candidate summary page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Select close status from requisition tab.
2. Click Close Job Requisition on the bottom right corner of the page.
3. Then, this job requisition was closed.
4. Check the status on the upper right-hand portion of the candidate summary page has also changed as "close".

This is the expected behavior.

• When closing the job, you only need to close it once on the requisition, and the requisition status on the workbench will  sync automatically.
• The status values seen in both the Requisition tab and the Candidate Summary Page are always in sync.

Closing job requisition on the job requisition is equivalent to closing it on the application workbench.

Currently, the status dropdown is only available on the upper right-hand portion of the Legacy Workbench page, not in the Redesigned Applicant Workbench.
