3562521 - Hierarchy Levels disappear intermittently while refreshing Web Intelligence Document

Symptom

  • In Webi Report using hierarchy, consider for Country as object in dimensions, there are sub 4 or states as sub hierarchy or Levels of Hierarchy
  • The hierarchy disappears upon refresh on webi report as soon as the user delete/truncate the data at backend BW
  • The structure in webi report disappears & no data is webi report is observed.
