3562577 - How to grant or revoke PUBLIC role for users

When trying to grant PUBLIC role via HANA Studio with SYSTEM user, error appears:

"Could not modify user '<user_name>'. Could not grant role PUBLIC You are not authorized to perform the required actions"

Note: By default, the "PUBLIC" role is automatically assigned when a Technical user is created. This KBA is relevant if the role was accidentally deleted or if you need to assign it to a database user, such as a Schema user, who does not currently have it.
