Pop-up error when saving Employment Details: Please note that existing employment records cannot be marked as rehire records.

Reproducing the Issue
- Edit employment information and click save.
- Error pops up.
Cause
A rule is trying to set value for isRehire field.
Resolution
Take a rule trace to identify the rule and disable this rule.
The <isRehire> field is a transient field used during import when a user is created for the Rehire with New Employment scenario. This value is not saved to the database, it is only needed for the import. Therefore, do not use this field in other scenario.
