Symptom

Created Purchase Order cannot be viewed within the Cash Flow Analyzer app when searching under the Planning Level M1 field.

Resolution

The exact steps are as below:

  1. Maintain the Planning Group in related BP of suppliers.

  2. Maintain Planning Group and Planning Level in the Self-Service Configuration User Interface (SSCUI) under Finance -> Cash and Liquidity Management -> Cash Operations -> Define Planning Levels for Logistics.

  3. The correct MM flows can be generated by the app 'Schedule job for flow builder' for Purchase Order.

This flow can be seen in frontend apps like Cash Flow Analyzer.
