3562691 - Error while changing the Web Intelligence reports from unv to unx universes using Workflow Assistant

• Change Web intelligence Sources fails in Workflow Assistant fails with below error in CMC/BI Launchpad
  Failed (java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.util.List.get(int) of a null object returned from java.util.Map.get(java.lang.Object)
  
  
• In the Workflow Assistant logs, the below error is seen:
