Unable to access public dimensions in SAC.

SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Login to SAC.
2. Navigate to the Modeler.
3. Click on the public dimension -> Create.

User doesn't have read permission for model level

Provide Read permission at model level for the user to access public dimension.
