3562737 - Error /SCWM/TO_WHR_UPD015 in QM follow-up process

In an IOT4 Inbound inspection process, a Quality Management decision is posted for a packed stock item. The follow-up action is to trigger putaway Warehouse Task creation. There is an existing open Handling Unit Warehouse Task (HU WT) for either this stock item or its top-HU, if the stock is in nested HU. The QM follow-up processing is aborted or gets stuck in SMQ2 with error /SCWM/TO_WHR_UPD015 "Confirm the open warehouse task for HU &1". See example below:
