3562751 - KCLJ/KCLP: Errors in FS-CD Master Data or Payment Plan Transfer Despite Accurate Records and No Changes to Previously Delivered Data

Symptom

  • KCLJ Transfer fails with error message for a large number of records for following transfer types:
    • Contract partner  (transfer type 015)
    • Contract account data (transfer type 073) 
    • Insurance Object data (transfer type 120) or 
    • Payment plan items (transfer type 121)
  • The transfer data records are correct and do not differ from previously processed records without any issues.
  • The error cannot be replicated in the different environment, as successful processing is possible there.
