Symptom
The ‘End of Continued Pay’ field is not populated when an absence is recorded on mobile
However, when the customer records the exact same absence on desktop, the field gets populated.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors > Employee Central > Time Off > Mobile (LOD-SF-EC-TIM-MOB)
Reproducing the Issue

On the desktop version of SuccessFactors, proxy as the affected user

Go to Request Time Off/ ESS

Select the affected time type from the dropdown and request an absence.

Become self, then go to Administer Time for the user. Click on the absence that was created. Note that the ‘End of Continued Pay’ field is populated

Log in to the mobile version of SuccessFactors, again proxy as the same user. Repeat steps 2 and 3.

Become self, then go to Administer Time for the user again. Click on the new absence that was created. Note that this time the ‘End of Continued Pay’ field is not populated
Resolution
The issue is currently being investigated by engineering team, the KBA will be updated when the issue has been resolved/workarounds have been identified
