3562951 - Applications are tracked from sources which are disabled in CSB Site Source Editor - Recruiting

Customers receive applications tracked by the system as coming from a Source that is not currently enabled in Career Site Builder > Site Source Editor. They expect only enabled sources to be captured.

This is an intended behaviour explained below.

So what is the purpose of having the source disabled in Career Site Builder if it is tracked anyway?

• You are not disabling a source in CSB in the Site Source Editor.  You are only removing it from the Campaign URL Builder menu, which doesn't control the overall tracking system. 
• Our tracking system still intends to capture the referring URL or the hardcorded source activity (which is the ideal method) to avoid having them fall under "Direct" (Unknown source) or "Other" (uncategorized referral activity).  If we disabled a specific referring URL (which would be done across all customers as this is a universal tracking system), then it would just be added into "Other". That is why we classified it since there was a good amount of performance that was captured across the customer base. This way it is tracked as something relevant rather than generically captured.   

The goal we have is to make sure that we capture the wide variety of sources that you are gaining activity from rather than having a vast gap of unknown performance that just came to the career site.  If we can track it, we will so that our customers can have transparency and detailed reporting in their direct/indirect sources whether they are active or passive.
