Symptom
Symptom 1: You use Centralized Firefighter Logon Pad and you observe that you get an Unknown Error message. Your RFC user to the backend system has no S_USER_GRP ACTVT 02 assigned, however you see a failed authorization check in SU53 for this user.
Symptom 2: You use Decentralized Firefighter Logon Pad and you observe that you get an Unknown Error message. Firefighter User has no S_USER_GRP ACTVT 02 authorization assigned, however you see a failed authorization check in SU53 for this user.
Symptom 3: You observe that either the RFC user or the Firefighter User requires S_USER_GRP ACTVT 02 in the backend system which is not required in other backend systems.
