3563075 - Click-to-Sign Feature Not Working on Mobile – Onboarding 1.0

The "Click to Sign" option cannot be used for signing forms in Onboarding/Offboarding 1.0 on mobile devices.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

By system design, the "Click to Sign" feature is not supported on mobile devices in Offboarding 1.0.

• The "Click to Sign" feature is only supported on desktop browsers.
