Symptom
- When an email template is inserted into an email via the email editor in the Service Cloud implementation, the following rendering issues are observed:
- A format switch occurs in the first line of the text.
- The formatting discrepancy is not present:
- In the original template document.
- In the template preview.
- When the HTML is opened directly in a browser.
- These discrepancies affect external communication and could leave a negative impression on recipients.
- Examples of Rendering Discrepancies:
- Text viewed from the email editor differs from its appearance in the browser preview or email preview, leading to inconsistent formatting.
- The text of the template may not look identical when viewed from different browsers or screens.
