Symptom
- When accessing workflows in the SAP SuccessFactors instance hosted on DC22 and DC33, approved workflows remain visible as pending in the approver's queue.
- This issue occurs across all workflows in the system. Despite approval being completed, the workflow remains displayed in the pending state until the screen is refreshed.
Environment

- Data Center: DC22 and DC33
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the system.
- Navigate to the workflow initiation page.
- Create and initiate a workflow (e.g., user-initiated approval process).
- Log in as the designated approver and approve the workflow.
- Observe the workflow behavior:
- Expected Result: Once approved, the workflow should disappear from the pending queue on the approver’s home page.
- Actual Result: The workflow remains visible in the pending queue and requires a screen refresh to update the status.
