3563264 - Data replication failing in APM due to missing roles/authorization for APM technical user

Symptom

  1. In Asset Performance Management, data replication is failing for one or more entities. The entities that are failing are indicated by 'Last Attempt Successful: No' in the Integration Monitor and an error is displayed.
  2. The entity count in tab Synchronized Data Metrics in Integration Monitor hasn't updated.
