3563556 - Overhead Absorption Run Not Creating Postings for a Set of Book

• The overhead rules have been set-up for the Sets of Book IDs XXX and YYY in company AAA separately. 
• Overhead Absorption Run does not create postings for a Set of Book YYY in Company AAA.
• The run has created postings for the Set of Books XXX.
• Note: XXX and YYY are the two Sets of Book IDs and AAA is the respective Company ID.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Inventory Valuation work center.
2. Go to the Production Lots - Overhead Absorption sub-view.
3. Select the respective run and choose the Log Result of Set of Book YYY.
4. Navigate to the Postings tab.
5. No records are found.
6. But the run has created the postings for Set of Book XXX.

The run defaults the Overhead Rule set-up for the set of books ID XXX.

1. Add the Overhead Rates for the set of books YYY in the Overhead Rule created for the set of books XXX.
2. Execute the Overhead Absorption run again.
3. The run now creates postings for the set of books YYY as well.
