The system was setup by system copy method.
Afterwards, it is found that the "message level" setting cannot be saved due to the following error:
Unable to insert key/value to configuration table.
Clicking the "details" (glasses) icon shows the corresponding SQL message:
SQL0204N "SAPTOOLS.COCKPIT_CFG" is an undefined name.
The set up of all data collectors is in red, not ready.
