3563611 - Unable to Transfer Accounting Assignment Reference in SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management

Symptom

  • In SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management, executing transaction TPM28 to transfer the Accounting Assignment Reference is not successful. The issue arises when attempting to reclassify contracts using transaction TPM15M or TPM28.
  • The error message "Old account assignment reference &1 will be replaced by &2" (E 67184) is displayed, indicating that the old account assignment reference is the same as the new one, hence no transfer is possible.
