3563683 - How to Add Description Field into the Sales Quote Form Template

You are editing the Sales Quote template and want to know how to add the Description into the template.

1. Go to the Application and User Management - Form Template Maintenance view.
2. Select the Sales Quote Group, click OK.
3. Select the template you want to edit, for example template: Quote.
4. Click Edit - Open Easy Editor to open the editor screen.
5. You want to know which field is for the Description in the sales quote General tab.

In the sales quotes, the field 'Description' is saved in Name field in backend.

You can add the field Name into the template, it will show the Description value maintain in the quote.
