3563848 - How to create a worker without creating a business user.

Whenever a worker is replicated from SuccessFactors to S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, a new business user is created in 'Maintain Business User' App

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Username field is passed in the Payload.

1. If the payload is sent from the External HR system, the username field has to be cleared from the payload before sending it to S/4Hana Public Cloud system.
2. If the worker is created in 'Manage Workforce', to make sure that a new business user is not created, do not click on the button 'Maintain Business User'.
3. If the worker is created through 'Import' functionality through 'Manage workforce" application then username field should not be passed.
4. If the username is passed in the payload, it can be cleared through BADI implementation based on different integration channels. Please follow this help portal link: BAdIs: Inbound | SAP Help Portal
