Symptom
Data is suddenly not loading on ILX Home Page for the different sections (Required learning, Important learning, Invest in Myself, My Team subordinates and their assignments etc.).
The problem is impacting preview environments mostly.
Potential Error examples:
Looks like the data isn’t loading.
Some content didn’t load. Please try again later.
OR
"It appears that the data is not loading. Some content has not loaded. Please try again later".
OR on the My Team view:
Failed to load data
Please try again later.

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the New Learning Home Page
- Notice that sections are not loading the assignment data and you receive errors
- Go to My Team view as a manager
- Notice that you cannot see the assignments of the subordinates either and receiving errors there as well
- Double-check that 'Access Learning Plan' and for the manager 'Access Learning Plans' permissions are still assigned to the user, therefore the errors are not due to a missing permission
Resolution
On the 23rd/24th of January, mostly preview environments might have been facing a temporary issue in loading assignment data on the ILX pages.
Our Engineering team has performed the investigation and the issue has been resolved.
We have tested the results on an impacted environment and assignments are indeed visible and loaded on the impacted sections now.
