3564041 - Error - "With price control S, enter a standard price (Message no. M3132)" occurs when attempting to select Group Currency for Currency Type before setting the Standard Price.

• When using the Create Material app, it's not possible to directly select Group Currency for Currency Type as it requires the Standard Price to be set first.
• Error occurs "With price control S, enter a standard price" (Message no. M3132).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Go to 'Create Material' App.
2. Input 'Material Number' and select 'Material Type'.
3. Hit 'Continue'.
4. Select 'Accounting 1' view.
5. Select a 'Plant' and hit enter.
6. Navigate to 'Prices and Values' section.
7. Change 'Currency Type' to 'Group Currency' but an error is raised "With price control S, enter a standard price (Message no. M3132)".

• The Currency Type cannot be changed from Company Currency Code to Group Currency without first entering a valid input into Standard Price field.
• Once a valid input is taken the Currency Type can then be changed to Group Currency.
• The system requires the Standard Price to be provided in the Company Code Currency as it converts the Standard Price to the Group Currency using the current exchange rate defined in the system.
• A feature request will need to be raised and consider checking the customer influence portal for voting or submitting new ideas about this functionality.
