3564075 - ASE upgrade fails due to UPDATE_ASE_POST_CONFIG=Failed to execute installsecurity - SAP ASE for BS.

• When trying to upgrade SAP ASE with saphostctrl, the following error message happens and upgrade fails.

  Error: Command execution failed. : Server message: Number 9616, Severity 16, State 1, Line 22, Server SID --- Message string: Database 'sybsecurity' is at an older version '16004040' than ASE server version '16004060'. . (fault code: 127)

• Following an ASE update, the databases are upgraded to the newly installed patch version but, sybsecurity fails to upgrade and encounters the following errors:

Database 'sybsecurity' appears to be at an older version '16.0 SP04 PL04' than the present installation at version '16.0 SP04 PL06'; ASE will assess it, and upgrade it as required.
