• Using the upload button only allows users to attach 1 image.T
• he instructions say to upload the front and back of the document.
• The attach button only allows one.
• Drag and drop allows two images but drops one of them when you click save.

This is the system's expected behavior.

• This is how the system is designed. We can only have One Upload Control.

Upon confirmation from the Product Management Team, this is by design.

• The system has only One Upload Control, and the hiring manager should upload a file that contains both the front-and-back images of the particular document they've selected.
• It must be done this way as frequently, these documents are sent over to DHS E-Verify, and they only permit a single upload field.
