3564103 - How to configure attributes for Tricentis Test Automation with ALM cloud when using Azure IDP and IAS acting as proxy

Symptom

Using IAS as proxy and Azure as the IDP, accessing Tricentis application in Cloud ALM causes the following error "The automated setup of Tricentis Test Automation for SAP can't be performed because your first and last name in your Identity Authentication tenant are empty or contain invalid characters. ". There may not be an issue with ALM working but Tricentis gives error.
