3564147 - Cloud Integration scheduler for mail adapter not working properly

Symptom

There is an Iflow configured with mail adapter in the sender channel.
That channel designed to poll mails.
However it is observed that the scheduler is polling the mails with delay.
Because a slowdown can lead to follow up problems, seen in the logs:
