3564250 - Delayed display of requests in RSMNG transaction

When execute a DTP to load data to ADSOs, it will take some time for the request to be reflected in RSMNG transaction after the DTP is complete.

The below behavior could be observed after the DTP execution:

• The request took secs to finish with green status and finished in tables RSPMPROCESS and RSPMREQUEST.  But, in RSMNG transaction , the request will still be shown yellow status or not visible at all, even when changing the filter time restriction there to 'no time restriction'. It will take at least minutes before the request appeared in the request list in RSMNG.
