3564484 - Cancellation Invoice Status is Release Discarded Instead of Released

The cancellation of the Invoice Document ABC has generated a cancellation Invoice with status Released Discarded instead of Released (ABC represents the ID of the canceled Invoice Document).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Customer Invoicing workcenter. 
2. Go to the Invoice Documents view. 
3. Search for the ID ABC. 
4. Click on Edit 
5. Click on View All.
6. Go to the Document Flow tab.

You can see that the Cancellation Invoice status is Release Discarded.

The Invoice Document ABC had the status Not Released at the time it was canceled. For this reason, it has turned to status Release Discarded.

In this scenario, the Cancellation Invoice has the status Release Discarded as well.

This is the expected system behavior.
