Symptom

  • Cancellation of the onboarding process for rehire candidate does not result in a no-show record in old employee profile
  • When Onboarding is being cancelled from onboarding dashboard manually OR onboarding process is being anonymized by the job from provisioning, ROOE user disappears from the dashboard as expected but no-show event is not being inserted in the employee profile above the rehire record, which should. This results in the employee profile being active.
