3564616 - Status of Completed Case cannot be Updated

When changing a Case from Completed to Closed Status the following error occurs.

"Only status, notes and attachments are updatable in 05 (Completed) status. Check the request."

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 

1. Go to Cases.
2. Open Kanban View.
3. Select a Case in Completed Status.
4. Attempt to move the Case to Closed Status.
5. The following error occurs: Only status, notes and attachments are updatable in 05 (Completed) status. Check the request .

The error "Only status, notes and attachments are updatable in 05 (Completed) status." may be happening due to a determination in extensibility administration, which is configured in a such a way that it gets triggered when a Case is updated. Only updates mentioned in the error are possible on Completed Cases.

The determination can be updated accordingly to prevent it from triggering in Closed status.
