Symptom
While in Ticket OWL or in Advanced Search, you cannot find the Service Organization field.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Tickets OWL or Advanced Search
- Search for Service Organization field
- See that it is not available
- Open Adaptation Mode and see that the field is not there either
Resolution
This is the standard behavior of the system. Service Organization field is not available to be added in Tickets OWL and Advanced Search.
If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
An alternative option may be to check the corresponding SAP Customer Influence Site to submit an idea:
