Symptom
Error: 'Disabling BYOK has failed. Please try again' while trying to disable the BYOK in SAP Analytics Cloud.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SAC.
- Navigate to System > Administration > External System
- Scroll down to BYOK.
- Click on "Disable BYOK".
Notice the error 'Disabling BYOK has failed. Please try again'.
Resolution
The issue is fixed in the version 2025.01.
