3564876 - ERP Plant Option Missing Under Id Mapping For Integration

Symptom

You want to replicate the Plant Information under Sales Data from ERP to C4C, under the Id mapping for integration, for "Mapping of" under the dropdown, there is no option called ERP Plant.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud For Customer 
  • SAP ERP 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to Cloud for Customer.
  2. Under the Administrator work center.
  3. Go to ID mapping for integration.
  4. Edit ID Mapping for Integration.
  5. Mapping of drop down.
  6. You see that ERP Plant missing.

Cause

The scoping question for the plant under the business configuration -> Implementation project is not selected.

Resolution

Ensure the scoping question mentioned in the below path is enabled


Business Configuration >> Implementation Project >> Edit Project Scope >> Step 4>> Communication and Information Exchange >> Integration With External Applications and Solutions >> Integration of Master Data >> "Do you want to replicate plants from an external application to your cloud solution".
