3564879 - Application could not be bound to service instance due to missing SBSS mapping

During deployment/redeployment of an application, the application could not be successfully bound to a service instance.

In the logs of the corresponding service broker(xs logs --all <SERVICE_NAME>-broker), you can see, the following errors:

Error: no data found: "SYS_XS_SBSS"."CREATE_BINDING_CREDENTIAL"
                       
OR

Error: no data found: "SYS_XS_SBSS"."DROP_BINDING_CREDENTIAL"
