Symptom
When you run a synchronization through either the check tool or manage data, no employees are processed
Environment
- Employee Central Core
- Time Tracking
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Manage Data
- Open the object Clock In Clock Out Employee Full Synchronisation Details: EMPLOYEE_SYNC_CONFIGURATION (EMPLOYEE_SYNC_CONFIGURATION)
- Set 'Trigger Full Synchronisation' to 'Yes' and Save
- 'Number of Employees Synchronised' stays at 0
Cause
Configuration error
Resolution
You can only have the following HRIS field configured under jobInfo base object and not in any of the localized versions
time-event-type-group-id Clock In Clock Out Group Time Information (jobInfo_timeOffRelatedFields) Yes
To resolve
- Go to Manage Business Configuration
- Click the jobInfo dropdown
- Ensure you added no entries in your localized version (such as jobInfo_ARE, jobInfo_ARG, etc...)
- Verify that this HRIS field is present in the base jobInfo object
- Once this has been corrected, you can redo the reproding steps to correct any employees with synch issues
