An error occurs when attempting to access the Executive Review page.

900-001-6 Error: Your request has not been processed successfully. Please try again.

If the problem persists, please contact client support and tell them the event code and the server timestamp shown below.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Proxy as the affected user onto the Executive Review page.
2. Choose the Compensation Template.
3. An error page will appear.

One of the causes could be due to incorrect filters configuration.

Quick and Efficient Method (if there are not many filters in use by key stakeholders):

1. Go to Manage Data.
2. Search for CompFilterDefinition.
3. Delete the entries one by one until the error message disappears for the user reporting the issue. (Make sure that you only delete the entries for the user experiencing the error)

Alternative Method (more time-consuming):

1. Navigate to Import and Export Data.
2. Select Export.
3. Choose CompFilterDefinition.
4. Search the exported CSV for filters created by the user experiencing the error (there should be a column labeled "createdBy").
5. Delete the filter(s) by either importing the updated file or by going to Manage Data > CompFilterDefinition and entering the filter ID to delete.
