3565037 - SAP IBP: After Saving Templates, Formulas Show #REF! or #N/A; Also Excel Shapes are Removed

Symptom

When adding or updating templates or favorites:

  • Microsoft Excel Formulas that are included in the worksheets show a #REF! or #N/A error.
  • Excel shapes (Excel Ribbon > Insert > Illustrations > Shapes) are getting removed.
