Symptom
- EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) reports for systems that were configured in Solution Manager to send PDF format reports to specific recipients are no longer being received by email
- The EWA reports were previously received weekly by email without any issues
- Email recipients for EWA emails are already configured in solman_setup
- No recent configurations were changed in Solution Manager, but emails stopped suddenly
- No record of EWA being sent in transaction SOST
- EWA emails for other file formats (e.g. MS Word, HTML) are still being received by email recipients
