3565094 - Sales Order Status Showing as "Cancellation Requested" in Customer Demand

• Completed Sales Order is showing the status "Cancellation Requested" in Customer Demand.
• The Sales Order Items are showing in Supply and Demand Matching as "In Execution".

1. Navigate to the Outbound Logistics Control work center.
2. Go to the Customer Demand view.
3. Find the relevant Sales Order.
4. Observe that some of the Order Items have Cancellation Status: Canceled. The majority of the Order Items have the Cancellation Status: Cancellation Requested, Release status: Released and Delivery status: Not started.
5. Click Open Product Planning Details, and observe that the Order Items that have Cancellation Status: Cancellation Requested are showing in Planning with the status: In Execution (Sales Order in Execution).

A user canceled the Sales Order line items by maintaining Reason for Rejection. However, before the cancellation, the sales order line items were already delivered. If Warehouse Request is already created (and Outbound Delivery also created), then only cancelling the Sales Order line items will not automatically cancel the Warehouse Request (and Outbound Delivery, Invoice). That is why if you check the Customer Demand view in Outbound Logistics Control for the Sales Order line items, the relevant Items are all showing Cancelation Status as Cancelation Requested.

To resolve the issue, you have to:

1. Reverse the Invoice.
2. Undo Release the Outbound Delivery.
3. Adjust the Fulfilled Quantity by performing "Adjustment confirmation" in the relevant Warehouse Order.

After doing this, you will be able to cancel the Outbound Delivery. The Warehouse Request should cancel in this case automatically. However, if this does not happen, then you just need to reject the same. Once completed, the Customer Demand should have the Status Finished and the Items will no longer appear in Planning also.
