3565589 - SAC Data Analyzer : Create shortcut link Authorization issue

• Creating a shortcut link from Data Analyzer can give access to the insight to users who must not have access to the Data Analyzer report
• After creating a Data Analyzer report, and creating a shortcut link and coping that link, sharing this link to other users (who do not have access for that Data Analyzer report) gives them the access to the insight.
• That user is able to access the insight from the shortcut link, even if the user does not access for Data Analyzer report.
• Note that the user has access to model and is able to access this model in Data Analyzer.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 

Case 1:  If the import model is available on public folder and then created the DA on top of that. then shared the shortcut with the user (who does not have access for this public folder), then the Data Analyzer is accessing but no data.

Case1: With BW Live model, after creating the insight from Data Analyzer and sharing shortcut with the user, this user is getting the message and does not have access for model.
This means that Data Analyzer shortcut link can access with the user, even if this user does not have public folder access (where the Data Analyzer report saved).

• A shortcut is independent of the access to the Data Analyzer insight which is stored in the content library. 
• A shortcut will not have the access control specified for the Insight as it is a seperate entity.
• A shortcut, when shared with another user, will display the state of data at the time of sharing IF the user consuming this shortcut link has access to the model/connection.
