3565623 - Issue with the field "Title / Hover Text".

The  mandatory field "Title / Hover Text" is not filled but the email can be saved

• SAP Marketing Cloud Edition

1. Logon to Content Studio  App
2. Create a new email or new email template 
3. Select the link icon (Insert Link) in the toolbar for a text block of the email. The text Link now appears in the block

Standard behaviour 

• The mail will save regardless of the fact the Title / Hover Text if filled or not. Please note that if you do not make an entry in this field, the system ensures that the default value is entered
