3565650 - Using FormHeader entity can't retrieve PM form data

Using the API to retrieve data from the FormHeader entity, only able to get CMP form data, unable to retrieve PM form data.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Using API (FormHeader entity) to get data
2. In response, only CMP form data is displaying. No PM form data

Some necessary permission is missing for the API user.

Add below permissions for API user and grant related target population.

1. Admin Access to Forms OData API
2. Performance Management Access (if Enable Performance Management Access Permission is checked in performance management feature settings, this permission is required.)
3. View Overall Ratings from Forms † 
4. View Goal Ratings from Forms †
