Reproducing the Issue

  • Can you connect multiple SAC tenants to one cloud connector and how?

Cause

  • Need to know if multiple tenants can connect to a singular cloud connector

Resolution

  • Multiple SAC tenants can connect to the same cloud connector
  • In the cloud connector configuration page, you can add different sub accounts for each tenant as well as the user account information associated with each sub account
  • The sub account details for each tenant/SAC environment can be found after logging into the tenant and navigating to System > Administration > Data Source Configuration
