3565694 - New Learning Experience displaying incorrect options for items with prerequisites in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• The "Start Course" and "Request Observer" options are visible for users on the new learning homepage for items assigned via curricula, even though the prerequisites are not met.
• Users can request observations and click "start course" for items that should display a "You have unmet prerequisites" message.

1. Assign Curriculum to a user.
2. Items inside the curricula have prerequisites.
3. Notice that 'Start Course' or 'Request observer' options are displayed even if the user has not completed the pre-requisistes.
4. When user tries to launch the item a message is displayed: 'The item status is invalid for launch'

The new ILX currently doesn't display the "You have unmet prerequisites" for items with prerequisites assigned through curricula. Therefore, the "Start Course" and "Request Observer" buttons are available even when prerequisites are not met. Engineering has confirmed this is a known issue that will be fixed by the 1H 2025 release.
