3565715 - OnChange Rules are not working in Job information upon adding new country specific field

OnChange rules are not working upon configuring a new country specific job information field. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Configure a new country in job information. 
• Go to user ABC.
• Go Actions -> Job and Compensation Change -> Select Job and Compensation -> Try to change the position. 
• Notice that the OnChange rule from Position field in Job Information is not triggered. 

Engineering have confirmed that this defect will be resolved in Preview environments on 13th May 2025 via patch deployment 2505p4.

Workaround:

1. Perform a dummy change in jobInfo element and save;
2. Update label > Save;
3. Change the label back to original value.
